Manage, maintain, and operate the facilities, serving as the primary contact for all services related to the Al
Farabi contract. This includes overseeing maintenance (both hard and soft), safety, security, transportation,
accommodation and warehouse operations. Enhance and promote safety and emergency response initiatives to
ensure the well-being of patients, visitors, and staff. Enforce relevant codes, standards, regulations, and
compliance requirements throughout the facility. Provide effective project management for new construction,
renovations, modifications, and equipment installations, ensuring adherence to applicable codes and clinical
requirements. Participate in various committees and ad hoc meetings as needed. Ensure maintenance activities,
including both planned and reactive tasks, are completed within required timeframes. Present lifecycle analyses
for major equipment and develop a CAPEX plan, acting as the point of contact for the facility in coordination
with the COO of Al Farabi. Propose enhancement schemes for the cost-effective management of services
