**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Fundraising Event Planning:**

– Conceptualize, design, and implement a diverse range of fundraising events that align with our organization’s mission and goals.

– Develop a comprehensive event calendar that includes timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of each event.

– Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure venues, vendors, and sponsorships for events.

2. **Basketball Showcase and Talent Recruitment Camp:**

– Plan and execute basketball showcases and talent recruitment camps aimed at attracting potential clients and increasing participation in our programs.

– Work closely with coaches, athletes, and community organizations to promote the events and ensure high attendance and engagement.

– Develop marketing strategies to effectively promote events via social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.

3. **Revenue Generation:**
– Constantly identify and pursue new revenue generation opportunities through innovative fundraising strategies and event concepts.

– Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and community leaders, to enhance fundraising efforts.

– Analyze and report on the financial success of events, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

4. **Compensation Structure:**
– Receive 30% of the profit generated from each event/project as part of the compensation structure, fostering a performance-driven environment where success is rewarded.

– Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking of event expenses and revenues to maximize profitability.

– Understand that the potential for increased earnings is directly linked to the success and revenue generated from fundraising events.

5. **Team Leadership and Development:**
– Lead and mentor a team of volunteers and staff involved in event planning and fundraising activities.

– Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and initiative.

– Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills in event planning and fundraising techniques.

6. **Reporting and Evaluation:**
– Prepare detailed reports on the outcomes of fundraising events, including financial performance, attendance, and engagement metrics.

– Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of events and make informed decisions for future fundraising strategies.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in event planning, fundraising, and revenue generation, preferably within a nonprofit or sports organization.

– Strong networking abilities and experience in building relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.

– Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

– Proficiency in using fundraising and event management software, as well as social media platforms for promotion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
