Position Responsibilities:
50% of the time – Director is networking/ Visiting fire departments in the territoryo Market budget for entertaining is provided.
Coffee, donuts, lunch etc.
Golf, ball games, dinner etc.
25% of the time — Charity and educational work in community and victims’ assistance.o 2 charitable events min per year (golf, Chili cookoff, Cornhole etc.)All proceeds go to fire fighter and police charities.
Raised over 9 million for local charities since 2008o Working with Firefighters Cancer Support Networko Victims’ assistance programs.
25% of the time — on-scene response.o Working with Fire Department with R & R.Supplying drinks and meals if needed to firefighter so Providing victims assistance once fire is contained.
Secure valuables if safe able.
Hotel and meal vouchers if needed
Working with Local Service Partner for Dwelling Board Up
