• Manage the Donor Experience team budget and resources

• Implement effective donor recognition and stewardship strategies
• Ensure compliance and operational efficiency within the fundraising systems
Requirements:
• Proven experience in fundraising operations and donor engagement
• Strong administration and strategic planning skills
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
• Experience with Raisers’ Edge or similar databases
• Knowledge of fundraising, training, and project management
