In This Role, You Will:
Develop and implement fundraising strategies for individual, institutional, and planned giving
Build and strengthen donor relationships while securing new funding sources
Manage and grow the Foundation Board, including recruitment and fundraising initiatives
Lead major fundraising events, including our annual gala and corporate engagement activities
Collaborate across teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Experience working with nonprofit organizations
8+ years of progressively responsible fundraising experience with a proven track record of securing major gifts
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience supervising staff and managing donor databases/CRM systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
