ABOUT THE POSITION
Lit World is looking for passionate, creative leaders who are inspired by our mission and committed to supporting young people. The Director of Development and Communications will report directly to the Executive Director. The Director will develop and implement organization-wide fundraising and communications strategies and tactics, including building a team to support. This position will work closely with the Board and executive leadership to build and implement robust fundraising and communications strategies to support programming.
This is a role with significant leadership responsibilities that will have a strong impact on the future of Lit World.
