The Director of Development is a full-time position with responsibility for developing and
implementing strategies related to individual fundraising, corporate and foundation
partnerships, fundraising events and development communications. The position reports to the CEO and regularly communicates with the Board of Directors. The Development Director manages and leads a team of employees and contractors to meet the organization’s revenue and brand goals. The position requires leadership, experience with major gifts and donor relations, superb project management skills and a passion for animals particularly felines.
