As a key leader within NCJWC Toronto, you will plan and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that supports local and national initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to enhance financial growth and promote social justice. Ideal candidates possess a strong background in fundraising, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute an integrated fundraising plan
• Manage donor portfolios at both local and national levels
• Identify and steward major gift donors and sponsors
• Plan Toronto fundraising initiatives and campaigns
• Oversee donor management systems and reporting
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven strategies
• Proven track record in campaign management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree required, CFRE is a plus
