Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will join The Painted Turtle (TPT) at an exciting time as TPT enters the third decade with ambitious plans to grow the camper base and annual budget from $5.8 million in 2024 to $7.5 million by 2026.
The Director of Development (Director) will lead and inspire a team of enthusiastic fundraisers across individual giving, grants, corporate giving, events, and The Painted Turtle Camp Store. The Director will oversee the design and implementation of all fundraising strategies and activities for the organization and work with members of the leadership team to achieve goals and milestones established in The Painted Turtle  Strategic Plan.
The Director will also play a key role in Board of Directors development, engagement, and succession planning.
