Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Director of Development located in the USA. The Director of Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying connections and cultivating relationships, planning and executing fundraising strategies, managing planned and annual giving initiatives, conducting and overseeing philanthropic efforts, and budgeting for development projects. The work is remote.

Qualifications

Planned Giving and Annual Giving skills

Philanthropy expertise (both in Jewish and Christian philanthropy)

Budgeting proficiency

Develop and implement strategic plans and best practices for revenue growth

Experience in Fundraising and CRM’s

Strong communication, oral and written, and relationship-building skills

Strong and effective networking skills

Ability to strengthen corporate, foundation, high-wealth individual, and commercial relationships

Ability to analyze financial data and trends

Knowledge of donor cultivation and stewardship

Available to work efficiently with a team

Experience working in the nonprofit sector or legal advocacy field
