Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program design and management for IFAD investments
• Foster partnerships with local and international stakeholders
• Advocate for rural access to financial services and technologies
• Mentor government counterparts in policy engagement
• Align regional operations with IFAD’s mission and values
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in agriculture, rural development, or similar
• Ten years of professional experience in relevant sectors
• Experience in international organizations preferred
• Fluency in English and French required
• Proven track record in project evaluation and implementation
