Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Director to lead our initiatives in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering inclusive communities. This role involves overseeing program development and management, ensuring high-quality services, and building relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage community programs aimed at enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Supervise and support staff in delivering effective services while promoting professional growth and development.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability of programs.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with community partners, families, and service users.
Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the field of behavioral health and social work.
Provide administrative support including reporting, documentation, and record-keeping related to program activities.
Experience
Proven experience in program development and management within the behavioral health or social work sectors.
Strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively.
Experience in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders effectively.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on administrative tasks related to program operations.

Pay: $69,544.00 – $73,223.00 per year
