New Hope is looking for a highly skilled individual for our Director of Clinical Services position and is a key member of New Hope’s Leadership team. This position oversees the clinical operations throughout New Hope services, ensuring high standards of care through outcomes-based measurements, effective leadership, and employee engagement.
Essential Job Functions and skills
Provide administrative leadership and coordination of all clinical service lines and ICF Day Activities (e.g., medical, behavioral health, therapies, and nursing)
Establish, monitor and analyze statistical data, clinical outcomes, productivity reports, and clinical policies/procedures
Work Collaboratively with other Directors, staff, guardians and stakeholders to ensure open communication, efficient service provision, and high-quality services.
Meet or exceed regulatory standards for care delivery, including ongoing monitoring of clinical requirements of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), CARF, DIAL and Iowa HHS
Ensure Financial solvency of New Hope by assisting in the development and adherence within the budget.
Foster a positive culture of competency within department and throughout the organization
Identify and lead the organization through opportunities for growth of services.
Act as subject matter expert for clinical services.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
Masters Degree and 2 years of relevant experience highly preferred.
or
Bachelors Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience for this position includes Behavior Analysis, Nursing, Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Public Health or related field.
Licensure Certification
MSN, BCBA, Phd, MSW preferred
