Job Description
New Haven United Methodist Church is seeking a passionate and energetic Director of Children and Youth Ministries to engage with young people in our community, teach them about Christ, and foster discipleship and spiritual growth. The Director will organize events, select appropriate curriculum, and oversee volunteers. The ideal candidate will have experience in children’s or youth ministries or education, with a creative, team-oriented approach and a strong desire to connect people to Christ.
The church is a mid-sized family community with a focus on children’s ministry and events such as VBS, Trunk or Treat, and Easter Fest. The Director will report directly to the lead pastor.
