The Director’s immediate priorities will be overseeing SCN screenings, coordinating services for individuals with health-related social needs, building provider partnerships, and negotiating service arrangements. • Negotiate service agreements, partnership terms, workflows, and program expectations.
  • Develop effective procedures for screening, referral, documentation, follow-up, and outcome tracking.
  • Monitor program performance, service completion, quality standards, and contractual deliverables.
  • Identify new grants, funding opportunities, community programs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee ACCO’s staff, budget, compliance, programs, and daily operations.
  • Represent ACCO at partner meetings, community events, and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • At least two years of nonprofit, healthcare, social-service, community-program, or related management experience.
  • Experience coordinating community services and developing provider partnerships.
  • Knowledge of health-related social needs, Medicaid programs, or Social Care Networks strongly preferred.
  • Experience with contracts, grants, fundraising, or provider negotiations is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese required.
  • Cantonese strongly preferred; Mandarin is also valuable.
  • Ability to attend occasional meetings and events throughout New York City.
