Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director for Housing and Homelessness, located in Novato, CA, with some work from home acceptable. The Director will oversee the management and development of housing and homelessness programs, including budgeting and planning. Responsibilities include collaborating with community partners, implementing effective strategies for social housing and residence life, and reporting progress to stakeholders. The Director will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant agencies and organizations.
Qualifications
Skills in Program Management and Program Development
Experience in Social Housing and Residence Life
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Urban Planning, or a related field
