Position: Director Donor Experience & Insights Role

• Develop and evaluate Donor Experience business planning
• Lead analytics and reporting to optimize fundraising processes
• Foster cross-department collaboration for donor management
• Manage budget and staffing for donor experience initiatives
• Guide staff through mentorship and performance management
Requirements:
• Experience in fundraising operations and donor experience
• Strong management skills with proven team-building capabilities
• Expertise in fundraising databases, particularly Raisers’ Edge
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated project management and leadership abilities
