Position Overview:Beloit College is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Annual Fund to lead our annual giving program. The Director of Annual Fund will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to increase annual giving participation and revenue. This position will work closely with alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to build a strong culture of philanthropy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive annual fund strategy to achieve fundraising goals.
Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, alumni, and other constituents.
Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns.
Analyze data and trends to inform fundraising strategies and improve donor engagement.
Plan and execute donorrecognitionandappreciationevents.
Collaborate with a team of fundraising professionals to create a fantastic donor experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a focus on annual giving.
Proven track recordof meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively withdiversegroups of people.
Proficiency in fundraising software (including Give Campus and RE) and data analysis.
