What You’ll Do:
Provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for daily living, transportation, medication and more.
Deliver high-quality services in community, residential, and facility settings.
Build strong relationships with consumers and external stakeholders.
Flexibly support service recipients in multiple locations across Ocean County.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
Basic computer skills, including documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
