Job Description: Direct Support Professional: 2pm-10pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday.

We are seeking a friendly, Full Time Direct Support Professional to provide support to four individuals in a home setting. The major responsibilities for this position will include transportation, scheduling, communication, planning, personal care, and reporting.
Qualifications
· High school graduate or equivalent.
· Punctual with good attendance, reliable and trustworthy.
· Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
· Positive demeanor and temperament.
· Patience in all tasks.
· Basic Computer Knowledge and Microsoft Word skills.
· Compassion and understanding.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
· Access to a vehicle in good working condition, a valid WI driver’s license, an acceptable, driving record and proof of vehicle insurance.
· Be able to work independently and exercise good judgment.
· Must be able to pass a caregiver background check and drug test.
· Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus.
