An award-winning advertising agency in NYC is seeking a hands-on Digital Media Manager to lead full-funnel campaigns for prestigious Colleges, Universities, and non-profits.
This hybrid position (3 days in-office, 2 remote) is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys both strategy and execution. We have our eye out for a candidate with strong digital media buying experience. You’ll manage multichannel campaigns, mentor a small team, and directly interface with clients to drive performance.

What You Bring:
4–10 years of hands-on digital media buying (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Snap, TikTok, Reddit)
Experience leading client accounts, reporting on performance, and presenting strategy
Strong skills in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and ROI-focused reporting
Ability to manage a small team while juggling multiple clients and campaigns
Experience with Funel.io and WordPress is a plus not required
Higher Ed or nonprofit marketing experience is a plus
