nsight Global is hiring a Marketing & Digital Campaign Specialist to support corporate partnerships and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns. This role focuses on non-profit fundraising-driven marketing rather than corporate branding, making it ideal for someone from a smaller company with 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing.
Must Haves
3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications within an agency, retail, CPG, or nonprofit environment
End-to-end digital/social media campaign management.
Proficiency in Canva, Hootsuite, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience developing social and digital content and understanding of engagement best practices
Strong project management skills with the ability to organize multiple marketing initiatives
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to Have
Bilingual in English and French
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Campaign Development & Execution
Work closely with the corporate partnership team to execute fundraising campaigns
Act as the liaison between 13 Canadian hospitals and corporate partners to drive engagement
Support end-to-end campaign management, including event collateral, social media, and video content. Oversee campaign execution in collaboration with corporate marketing teams and external agencies
2. Digital & Social Media Strategy
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to promote partner campaigns
Create engaging digital content, including static posts, customizable templates, and video assets
Work with agencies to develop impactful campaign and Patient Ambassador videos.
3. Event & Partnership Support
Prepare materials and presentations for corporate partnership and hospital foundation meetings
Assist in large-scale event coordination, source marketing materials such as videos, social media content, and print collateral.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign results and social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies
Support internal reporting and KPI tracking for marketing initiative
