Position Summary

We are seeking a Digital Fundraising & Influencer Marketing Strategist who will lead our digital outreach, design compelling landing pages, manage paid and in-kind ad campaigns (especially Google Ad Grants), and build partnerships with influencers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in nonprofit storytelling, understands African grassroots impact, and knows how to turn clicks into meaningful contributions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage digital fundraising campaigns, from content planning to launch and optimization

Build compelling landing pages that convert—highlighting campaign goals, nonprofit stories, and clear donor pathways

Manage our WordPress website, ensuring regular updates, campaign integration, and user engagement

Design engaging graphics and fundraising visuals using Canva or similar tools

Write and refine fundraising scripts and copy for email, web, video, and donor campaigns

Optimize and manage Google Ads and Google Ad Grants to drive qualified traffic and donor conversions

Cultivate partnerships with African influencers and content creators to amplify campaigns

Collaborate with grassroots African nonprofits to accurately share their impact stories and needs

Analyze and report campaign performance with data-driven insights and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or communications—preferably in the nonprofit or international development space

Hands-on experience with Google Ad Grants, WordPress, Canva, and digital campaign analytics

Demonstrated success in building landing pages, managing donor journeys, and improving online fundraising outcomes

Experience crafting fundraising scripts or story-based messaging for nonprofits

Familiarity with African nonprofits and the cultural nuances of working with grassroots community leaders

Deep passion for Africa’s development and strong belief in locally led solutions

Self-starter, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment
