LCCC is looking to hire an experienced DIETARY MANAGER to join our kitchen. The Dietary Manager is to provide direct nutrition service to patients. This position is to ensure quality food service is provided and prepared in accordance with current applicable state and federal regulations, facility procedures and policies, and as directed by the Administrator and Dietitian at all times.
