DFW Airport Life Saver Family Assistance Emergency Exercise
DFW Airport Humanitarian Assistance Volunteers for Emergency Needs (HAVEN) Program is looking for 150 actors to participate in an emergency exercise on Wednesday, August 14 from 09:00 am-1:00 pm at the Irving Bible Church. Lunch will be provided!
Actors will portray either the uninjured survivors of an aircraft accident or the friends and relatives of the passengers.
The purpose of this Emergency Exercise is to assess coordination between Qantas, American Airlines, and DFW’s HAVEN Program, working in partnership with external agencies. Objectives include registering survivors, as well as friends and relatives, providing humanitarian assistance and services, while working to reunify the survivors with their family and friends.
Moulage (application of mock injury make-up) will NOT be used for this exercise.

Who can volunteer? Adults ages 18 and older and children 12 and older that are participating with their guardians.
