Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and solicit new corporate sponsorship opportunities
• Manage annual fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship
• Coordinate fundraising and donor engagement events
• Maintain accurate records of donors and fundraising activities
• Provide mentorship to the Development Associate
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in fundraising or partnerships
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Toronto’s philanthropic landscape is a plus
