MASS is a nonprofit architecture and design collective. The Development Coordinator will support donor engagement, data integrity, and Salesforce stewardship to advance fundraising strategies. Hybrid role based in Boston, with in-person presence three days per week.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will produce KPI reports, manage donor records, and support event logistics for donor experiences. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in development are preferred.
