In this full-time role, you will work alongside the Director of Development to foster connections with individual donors, businesses, and community partners. Your focus will be on managing fundraising campaigns, sponsorship initiatives, and donor communications to align with the mission of Ruth & Naomi’s Mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with individual donors and community stakeholders
• Conduct donor meetings and engagement activities
• Develop and maintain corporate partnerships for sponsor ships
• Assist in fundraising campaigns and donor communication
• Organize and support fundraising and donor events
Requirements:
• Experience in fundraising or relationship management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized with effective time management abilities
• Proactive nature and results-oriented approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset
