Salary Range
:
$58,000 – $65,783. Salary will be determined based on education, experience, equity, budget, and market considerations.

Duties
:
The Annual Fund Development Associate supports a comprehensive annual giving program to increase gifts from alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends. Working closely with the Director of Annual Fund, this role assists with donor outreach, gift solicitation, and stewardship activities to grow fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities:
Donor Qualification & Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 250-300 households, engaging donors in solicitation and moves management. Spend at least 8 hours weekly calling donors.
Campaign Management & Operations: Implement targeted appeals, update databases, load/release electronic appeals, and produce donor reports for campaigns like March Challenge and Giving Tuesday.
Data Management & Reporting: Produce donor reports, document interactions, assist with data entry in CRM, and maintain accurate records.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid/flexible schedule with remote work up to two days per week, subject to supervisor approval.

Minimum
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or related field.
At least 1 year in fundraising or related experience, with a proven record of achieving goals.
Proficiency with fundraising software/CRM (experience with Raiser’s Edge, NXT preferred).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
