Job Description

Manages donor intake calls, providing information and assistance to potential donors. Greets and assists visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Represents the organization in communications, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. Provides administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. Manages calendar and expenses, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Collaborates with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork. Handles mail and office supplies, ensuring timely distribution and inventory management. Coordinates special projects, overseeing planning, execution, and completion. Creates visual presentations, utilizing design software to convey information effectively. Manages onboarding tasks, ensuring new team members are integrated smoothly into the organization. Assists with department projects, providing support and contributing to successful outcomes. Maintains board and committee records, ensuring accurate documentation and accessibility. Works with the Annual Fund Manager to develop and deploy Team Member Giving initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor’s [Required]

  • or equivalent work experience

Work Experience

  • 1+ experience directly related to the duties [Required]
  • Professional experience in the fundraising or nonprofit industry [Preferred]

Pay Range

$41,096.13 – $76,427.64
