About the Role

We’re hiring a rockstar Part-Time Development & Marketing Manager to join our growing mission-driven team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, works independently and on a team, likes to work hard, likes to have fun, and wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities

Development (50%)

Lead and support fundraising campaigns

Manage donor communications (emails, thank-you notes, impact reports)

Research and track prospective funders, collaborators, and partners

Support grant preparation, submission, and reporting

Marketing & Communications (50%)

Draft and manage content across email, web, and social platforms

Support communications around campaigns, events, and announcements

Help maintain and update website content

Track audience engagement and suggest improvements based on performance data

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or marketing

Strong writing and communication skills

Self-starter comfortable managing multiple priorities

Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn, Google Suite, or similar

Committed to the mission of advancing science and improving lives for people with complex chronic conditions

Understanding of complex multisystem disorders a help, but not a requirement

Requirements

Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods

Reliable internet access

Availability for virtual meetings across U.S. time zones

Willingness and ability to travel as needed for donor meetings and events
