We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Desktop Support Intern working with our End User Computing Support Services Team at HealthPartners. Accountabilities

Performs hardware and software configuration and installation services

Performs hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, point of sale devices, iPads, iPods, etc.

Participates in End User Computing and facility projects as needed

Uses the ServiceNow ticketing system to update tickets with status and resolution information

Maintains computer asset records with accuracy

Follows all required policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High school diploma/GED

Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must be able to lift at least 20lbs

Background check required

Preferred Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in a secondary education program or certification program focusing on information technology

Desktop support experience is a plus

Other Details

40 hours per week

Hours will vary between 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday

May be requested to work alternate shifts in support of projects

May be requested to travel to other sites as needed
