Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design, planning, and delivery of

impactful

programmes that address critical needs within SIF’s focus areas, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable impact.

Contribute to long-term organisational planning, including scaling initiatives,

sustainability

strategies, and programme expansion efforts.

Oversee monitoring and evaluation systems to track programme performance, outcomes, and impact and use data insights and stakeholder feedback to refine and improve programme design and implementation.

Develop strategic partnerships to expand the organisation’s reach, influence, and funding opportunities and build SIF’s brand and reputation as a trusted and

impactful

organisation.

Lead communications and engagement with key stakeholders in the philanthropic, public and private sectors.

Oversee the management of SIF’s youth programmes including an inaugural large-scale event.

Requirements:

University degree holder in any discipline.

At least 10 to 12 years of experience in non-profit and/or social impact settings, as well as in communications, event management and outreach, experience at Institutes of higher learning (IHLs) and/or with youth programmes would be an advantage.

Experience in building high performing teams, provide direction and motivation.

Detail-oriented with experience in organising and managing large-scale events.

Critical thinking

and

problem-solving skills

, able to analyse and synthesise information.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and

communication skills

(written and spoken), proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages would be an added advantage.

Singaporean.
