DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (MEMBERSHIP & CORPORATE SERVICES GROUP)
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Membership and Corporate Services, plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to achieve the organization’s vision, mission and strategic objectives. This
leadership
position is responsible for steering the Membership and Corporate Services Divisions to deliver high-impact initiatives, ensuring
sustainability
, growth, and operational excellence across organization key functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
:
Develop and execute strategies related to membership and corporate services, aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
Lead divisional heads to achieve organizational and divisional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Manage and lead teams across corporate services and membership functions.
Set objectives, provide strategic directions, and foster a
positive work culture
.
Membership Value Proposition:
Implement policies and initiatives to enhance the organization membership experience, benefit ting members and their dependents.
Operational Management:
Provide overall guidance for the Membership and Corporate Services Divisions, ensuring effective administration, operations, and
resource allocation
.
Drive employee motivation and development to align with Organization goals.
Implement systems and technologies to improve corporate services and membership offerings.
Develop and implement best practices and key policies.
Stakeholder Management:
Mediate and negotiate tactfully with stakeholders, including corporate partners, volunteers, vendors, regulatory bodies, and members, to safeguard organizational interests.
Requirements:
Relevant bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or other related fields
At least 8 – 10 years of experience in
senior leadership
capacity preferably with track record overseeing corporate services or related functions.
Experience in overseeing membership services will have added advantage.
Proven
leadership
experience in managing
multidisciplinary
team to drive organizational performance.
Analytical and strategic in thinking with the ability to align operational goals to the broader organizational vision.
