Responsibilities
Create a safe and engaging environment for children in daycare.
Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development.
Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare space.
Requirements
High School diploma
Experience in childhood development or related field is required.
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage children effectively.
Experience with infants and preschool-aged children is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and community members.
