Summary
:
This position is responsible for assisting church staff using Rock RMS as well as maintaining high data integrity standards to support our churchwide mission to reach people for Jesus, disciple them in faith and help those in need.
Essential Functions
:
Serve as a Rock help desk contact
Responsible for handling all pending people additions to database
Maintain high data integrity standards through weekly audits and reporting
Conduct training for new staff users as part of onboarding process
Manage TWMS School Lunch purchasing program within Rock
Support Connecting Ministries team with new campuses as applicable
Assist internal Ministry users with registrations, groups, and merge templates
Assist external Congregation users with updating contact information and account access issues

Demonstrate experience and involvement with TWMC or other church ministries
Previous knowledge of Rock RMS (or another church database) highly desired
Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Familiarity with SQL preferred
Problem solver with strong critical thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills with high-level of interpersonal skills

This position requires sitting, standing, lifting, reaching, and crawling.
