Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Database Administrator located in Ramsey, NJ. The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining databases, designing database architectures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Additional tasks include monitoring database replication processes and ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Database Administration, with experience in optimizing performance and maintaining integrity
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and addressing database issues
- Experience managing Databases and ensuring their reliability and scalability
- Knowledge of Replication processes for data backup and synchronization
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in a nonprofit organization is a plus
