Primary Work Location:
This position will work across all Cardea Health sites, and require occasional presence at various program locations.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and entering data into various systems with accuracy and efficiency. You will maintain data integrity, handle confidential information in compliance with privacy standards, and generate reports as needed. Additionally, you will create and implement processes for data management, ensuring smooth workflows.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry
Verifies and logs receipt of data
Transcribes source data into the required electronic format
Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software
Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies
Maintains a filing system and protects confidential client information in compliance with HIPAA
Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation
Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system
Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.)
Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards
Completes additional assigned tasks as required
Gather and input data in database, and verify accuracy of valuable company information
Create systems and processes to efficiently capture information, and coach team members on usage
Generate reports, store outputs in database, and perform backups
Scan and print files when requested
Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications:
Expertise with Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) is absolutely essential
Must be 18 years old
Must have consistent quality access to the internet
High school degree or equivalent is required
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
Frequent sitting or stationary work
Work Environment:
Hybrid (at least 80% of work can be remote)
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate ($25-$32)
