Providesstrategic leadershipand operational oversight for major and planned giving programs, and the Gift of Remembrance program.
Providesstrategic leadershipand operational oversight for fund raising programs and campaigns for new facilities, equipment, and other major funding needs through annual and planned gifts.

Evaluates fund development activities and programs to determine if they are accomplishing stated objectives and desired results.
Coordinates the development and utilization of the Foundation’s annual business and operating plans, providesleadershipto direct reports and informs members of the Foundation Board of Directors regarding staffing, capital, and operating budgets for Foundation. Ensure preservation and enhancement of the organization’s assets and resources.
Directs and participates in the identification, research and cultivation of current and prospective donors. Ensures appropriate maintenance of donor and prospect records.
