Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of our organization, providing essential support to our customers and partners in their efforts to make a difference. You will effectively handle inquiries, resolve issues, and engage with community members about our causes. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding our nonprofit partners, community events, and marketing campaigns
Assist in resolving customer concerns and handling complaints with empathy and understanding
Engage with the community to promote awareness of our partners’ missions and initiatives
Support team members in daily operations and administrative tasks as needed
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and help meet organizational goals
Requirements
Strong desire to help others and make a positive impact in the community
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and professionalism
