As a part of the administration team at Epp Foundation Repair, your primary role will be providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our callers and office guests. This role is centered on communication and organization.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greeting guests
- Answering phone calls and emails from customers
- Tracking and screening calls
- Directing customers to the appropriate party
- Scheduling appointments and sending reminders
- Processing payments
- Assisting with general office operations
