Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Service & Engagement Representative to join our team. This role is central to our mission and involves much more than answering phones—you will be building relationships, supporting event logistics, helping secure sponsorships, and engaging our community of women in business.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and place inbound and outbound calls to support members, answer questions, and follow up on leads
Engage with members and prospective members to promote programs, increase participation, and support their journey
Assist with member acquisition and onboarding, providing information and encouragement to join our community
Support the sponsorship acquisition process, including outreach to potential sponsors and follow-up communication
Help drive program sales and fundraising efforts by communicating offers, benefits, and events
Serve as a representative at events, assisting with check-in, hosting, and creating a welcoming environment
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms with a professional, friendly approach
Maintain organized and accurate member and sponsor data in our CRM system
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, sales, or nonprofit engagement preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident in conducting outreach and sales conversations
Comfortable speaking at events and engaging with diverse groups
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
Passionate about women’s empowerment and community impact
Willing to learn – paid training will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.17 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
