TalentPop App is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure top-notch customer service interactions. If you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are passionate about maintaining high standards, this role is for you!

As a Quality Assurance Specialist (Customer Service), you’ll play a pivotal role in upholding service excellence across multiple accounts. You’ll work closely with agents and teams to monitor performance, provide actionable feedback, and ensure customer service standards are consistently met.

Note: This role focuses solely on evaluating customer interactions—there is no involvement in software or product testing.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate agent performance across 5–10 accounts.

Assess customer interactions and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Maintain in-depth understanding of account-specific policies and expectations.

Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance agent performance.

Collaborate with teams to maintain exceptional service and satisfaction levels.

What We’re Looking For

At least one year of experience in a WFH/BPO setup and/or a quality assurance role in customer service.

Proficient in tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, Gorgias, Shopify, and Zendesk.

Strong understanding of e-commerce and customer service standards.

Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coach agents effectively and provide actionable, supportive feedback.

A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and can manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Technical Requirements

Laptop/Desktop with a Ryzen 5 or Core i5 processor (or higher).

Stable internet connection (20 Mbps minimum) with a reliable backup connection.

Backup power source to ensure uninterrupted work.

Clear and dependable headset for meetings and call monitoring.
