As a member of the Customer Service Team, your role as the Customer Service Coordinator is to help your team develop top-notch customer relationships and handle the day-to-day administrative needs of the department, while training for the next level of management within our company. Hourly Wage Range: $16.00 to $18.00 (Depending On Experience)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Account Manager in the management of client services for CCA products on assigned accounts
Perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily customer service operations
Quickly obtain an in-depth knowledge on the direct mail and non-profit industry terminology
Assist with the management of internal departmental workflows
Proactively mitigate potential issues
Ensure that all postal mailings meet standard regulation
Aid in the assessment of project material allowance and inventory
All other duties and tasks assigned
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of successful customer service experience
Experience working with nonprofit organizations is a plus!
Proficiency with technology and its function as a resource for solving problems
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Positive and professional with a focus on customer satisfaction
Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
Demonstrated organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has data entry experience
