As the organization enters an exciting new phase of operational and fundraising growth, they are seeking a collaborative, systems-minded, and data-driven Data & CRM Manager to lead and evolve their fundraising systems and donor data environment.

This is a highly visible role with genuine ownership, influence, and long-term growth potential.

Why This Role Matters

This position will serve as the primary owner and strategic lead for the organization’s CRM ecosystem, donor data infrastructure, reporting environment, and fundraising operations workflows.

The successful candidate will play a foundational role in:

  • Supporting a major CRM migration initiative
  • Improving fundraising operations and reporting
  • Building scalable systems and workflows
  • Enhancing automation and operational efficiency
  • Helping the organization become more data-informed as it scales

This is far more than a database administration role – it is a strategic infrastructure hire for the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support CRM migration and optimization initiatives
  • Build scalable processes and documentation

Data Governance & Reporting

  • Support campaign tracking, stewardship, and donation workflows
  • Improve automation and operational efficiencies
  • Train and support non-technical CRM users
  • Collaborate closely with fundraising, finance, and leadership teams

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate likely brings:

  • 3–7+ years of CRM, donor database, or fundraising operations experience
  • Experience working with nonprofit fundraising systems
  • Strong reporting, analytics, and systems-thinking capability
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills
  • Experience with CRM migrations, implementations, or workflow optimization
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High initiative and ownership mentality

Experience with the following platforms is considered highly valuable:

  • Keela
  • Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud
  • Donor Perfect
  • Hub Spot
  • Power BI
  • API integrations and workflow automation tools

Nonprofit experience is strongly preferred, though technically strong candidates from adjacent sectors with strong mission alignment will also be considered.

Our client offers a collaborative, flexible, and highly team-oriented culture where people genuinely care about both the mission and each other. The organization values initiative, autonomy, teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Highlights include:

  • Hybrid work flexibility (WFH Mondays & Fridays)
  • Additional paid holiday shutdown periods
  • Strong work/life balance
  • Long-term growth opportunities
  • Dog friendly office

Total Rewards

  • Target base salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 CAD
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits package
  • Flexible hybrid work environment
  • 3 weeks paid vacation PLUS 2 weeks of additional paid holiday during office shutdown periods
  • Opportunity to help shape infrastructure within a rapidly scaling organization
  • Strong long-term growth opportunity as the organization continues to expand

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-driven organization at a pivotal stage of growth and help build the systems, infrastructure, and operational maturity required to scale long term.

For someone who enjoys ownership, systems thinking, collaboration, and mission-driven work, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful and measurable impact across communities throughout British Columbia!
