Job Title: CRM Consultant (SmartSuite Specialist)

As we strengthen our internal systems to better serve our community, we are seeking a highly skilled CRM Consultant with expertise in SmartSuite to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of our CRM platform.
Position Summary:
The CRM Consultant will work closely with leadership and program staff to ensure that SmartSuite is structured to effectively track program data, improve workflows, and meet reporting requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate organizational needs into efficient SmartSuite solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and configure SmartSuite to align with program goals and reporting needs
Develop and maintain dashboards, forms, automations, and workflows
Provide guidance on best practices for CRM use and data organization
Train team members on SmartSuite functionality and data entry processes
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support as needed
Collaborate with leadership to ensure data integrity and performance tracking
Offer recommendations for ongoing improvements and integrations
Qualifications:
Proven experience working with SmartSuite CRM (required)
Strong understanding of nonprofit data tracking and reporting needs
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote setting
Experience training and supporting end users
Organized, efficient, and solutions-focused
Ideal candidate lives in Southern New Jersey
Time Commitment:
Approximately 10–20 hours per month, with flexibility based on project needs.
