Mission of the position:
The Fundraiser Development Recruiter is responsible for identifying, recruiting and maintaining relationships with potential F2F fundraising talent. This role will work closely with the Fundraiser Development Specialist to attract passionate individuals who can help the organisation achieve its financial goals. The Recruiter will also collaborate with the Fundraiser Development Specialist in the planning and execution of various F2F fundraising strategies and campaigns.
Key
Performance Indicators
- Develop & grow F2F fundraising program efficiency to meet the SOS Children’s Villages vision, mission and values.
- Collaborate with Fundraiser Development Specialist to design effective training programs.
- Collaborate with Fundraiser Development Specialist to conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions for F2F Fundraiser.
- Talent Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality F2F fundraising personnel.
- Identify potential candidates through networking, social media, job boards, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and F2F fundraising goals.
- Assist the development team with planning and executing F2F fundraising campaigns, including event organization.
- Collaborate with the Fundraiser Development Specialist to achieve financial targets and growth objectives.
- Data and Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment data to improve future strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to the Fundraiser Development Specialist and Individual Fundraiser Manager regarding recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Networking and Outreach
- Represent the organization at community and professional events to promote its mission and recruit F2F fundraising talent.
- Develop partnerships with universities, companies, and community organizations to create pipelines of potential fundraising recruits.
Requirements :
- • Bachelor degree in Psychology / MSDM
- A minimum of 2-year experience in recruitment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick to respond, adapt, and learn new things.
- Ability to work in a team with collaborative skills and as a good listener.
