As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years we have an exciting new opportunity for a Creative Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be an instrumental member of the Creative team, helping to ensure timely and smooth delivery of our product innovation within exciting, expanding categories, to lead and inspire our creative team.

The CD will collaborate with art directors, designers, copywriters, and our IMC team to develop compelling campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a balance of conceptual thinking, leadership, and hands-on creative execution to ensure high-quality, innovative work that aligns with brand goals.

What You’ll Do:

Creative Leadership & Strategy

Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors.

Develop and execute creative concepts across digital, print, social media, and video.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence.

Translate business objectives into creative strategies that engage target audiences.

Concept Development & Execution

Oversee the creation of visually compelling and message-driven content.

Provide guidance on design, typography, imagery, and copywriting.

Ensure all creative work meets high standards of originality and brand alignment.

Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and emerging media.

Project Management & Collaboration

Work closely with account managers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.

Present creative ideas and campaigns to clients and stakeholders.

Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines.

Brand & Campaign Development

Develop campaign concepts that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Work on brand identity, storytelling, and visual language.

Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and production houses as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

Creative Expertise

Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design and conceptual thinking.

Creative agencies experience a MUST.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Experience in branding, advertising, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Communication & Presentation

Strong verbal and visual communication skills.

Ability to present and sell creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Leadership & Organization

Experience managing creative teams and providing constructive feedback.

Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
