You can be a part of our wonderful team! Navicore Solutions currently has open Counseling Program Support Representative positions in our Counseling Department. This is a full-time, remote position and all training is conducted remotely. All technological equipment is provided to employees by the organization.

Shift: Training: M-F: 8:30-5pm-EST. After training: M-F: 1-9pm-EST.

What will you do as a Counseling Program Support Representative?

Role Description

The Counseling Program Support Representative assists the Counseling Department with programs, special projects and administrative functions in conjunction with counseling support and other various programs. Primary monthly functions apply to outbound calls and client follow up initiatives to convert client enrollments and assist in other department program service levels.

What To Expect:

Answer inbound and make outbound calls from designated queue.

Follow enrollment and client support requirements as outlined in the department manual or established standards.

Communicate with clients the necessary documents required to complete enrollment and assists in organizing the documents received.

Communicate the progress of files under review with the departments Operations Manager.

Meet the performance standards as applicable and in accordance with department program or project goals.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center environment, and/or soft sales

Must be computer literate, have the ability to type at least 25 words per minute and be able to spend your day on the phone

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone

Ability to multi-task and use several software applications including the agency’s CMS, outlook, Adobe, Word and a soft-phone.

Ability to be flexible and work on various programs as needed

Ability to meet deadlines and performance goals

Coachable and acceptable to feedback & improvement. Demonstrate ability and interpersonal skills to communicate with supervisor and management team

Ability to pass a pre-employment screening process including criminal background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent time management, multi-tasking, communication and organizational skills

Must have the ability to show compassion while maintaining a distinct level of direction

Ability to provide productive feedback and improvement recommendations

Ability to work independently

Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred
