Oracle’s Social Impact team seeks a Specialist to assist with the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities in India, with a focus on giving.

Position location:
Bangalore
In this position, you will:
Support CSR operations, assist in managing Giving programs, ensuring successful implementation of grants. Monitor projects to ensure compliance with local CSR laws, track fund utilization, and facilitate annual impact assessments. Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including record-keeping, documentation, reporting, supplier onboarding, and payment processing. Liaise with internal teams, including Finance, Legal, and Procurement, as well as with external entities, including nonprofit/NGO grantees and impact assessment vendors.
Help prepare Oracle Giving’s annual grant portfolio, including tracking submissions, reviewing proposals, and assisting with due diligence.
Preferred
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, development studies, or a related field.
2-3 years’ experience in CSR, a related field, nonprofit practice, or a combination.
Previous CSR legal/compliance experience a plus. Â Previous technology industry experience a plus.
Fluency in English and Hindi, as well as exceptional written and verbal
communication skills

Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time.
